Today we celebrate two very special people! My parents and their 26th wedding anniversary ❤️

Their love, dedication, and consistent hard work have been the foundation of both our restaurant and family for as long as I can remember. 13 years ago, they took a leap of faith and opened up Falafel Shack from our small kitchen, fueled by no more than a passion for cooking and the love and encouragement they gave one another.

They are my biggest inspiration every day and set the best examples for my siblings and I. Their love, kindness, and dedication are just a few of the qualities I hope to carry with me through my life!

Happy 26th anniversary Mom and Dad . Thank you for being the best role models a kid could ask for🥰
