We had to decide if we wanted to post this because it’s personal, vulnerable, and makes our hearts ache. However, this is the point of gathering and finding your people. It’s okay to talk about mental health struggles and it’s especially okay as a male to share your feelings.

Our 1st Annual 🌺 LIVE FAST LUAU 🌺 was such a wonderful day! Although it can feel heavy and emotional it was just what we envisioned for the day! Gathering, finding your people. Sharing, loving, being vulnerable. 🫶🏻

We want to thank all of the donors who were so gracious to donate items to our silent action. With those and our lei game we were able to raise over $3,000 in just a short event for our scholarships and future mentoring program. This means THE WORLD to us and Caden’s family and friends. Dayre and I agreed that even if we didn’t raise a single dollar on this day it was EVERYTHING we wanted for everyone’s hearts.

Football is our favorite season at The Mule. It’s grown to be a room full of different team loving patrons with friendly banter or often finding a stranger rooting for another team just to support yours! It’s such a blast!

It was even more neat this Sunday when a former NFL player joined us for dinner and football! Our staff member and die hard Buffalo Bills watching fan met Mark Johnson, a player for the Bills who played along side OJ Simpson back in the day.
