I know we're known for flaky pastry, croissants, and perhaps less practical treats. This one though, is a favorite of mine despite being a humble little muffin. Organic buckwheat flour is naturally gluten free and requires no binders to hold up with good texture and structure, lots of organic banana, plenty of blueberries, a dash of cinnamon, and it's only lightly sweetened with brown sugar. It's a really nice pick me up, holds well for more than a day (unlike the very many laminated items I offer) and holds back hunger for quite a while longer, too! And hey, worst case scenario, you guys only want croissants and the like and I'll have a stash for our breakfast and snacks ☺️ $3.75 a pop.

Note: this is not gluten free like for celiacs. There's wheat flour everywhere in this bakery life. Great for rounding out or expanding your nutritional profile or for those who eat gluten free by preference or choice. Thanks!

We will be CLOSED one last Friday as we are away for my Mother-in-Law’s memorial service. We will be open regular hours Saturday and Sunday.
