In case you've never heard of Bossam, the main part of bossam is pork belly boiled in water with some spices until the meat is fully cooked and tender then it's thinly sliced.

Bossam - In case you've never heard of Bossam, the main part of bossam is pork belly boiled in water with some spices until the meat is fully cooked and tender then it's thinly sliced.
