It’s starting to feel real! 🌮

This week, our Bridges & Tacos team officially started training, and they’ve done a great job! We’ve been spending a lot of time in the kitchen practicing our menu, learning our recipes, and getting everything ready for opening day.

The quesadillas were a HUGE hit with the team! Unfortunately, they disappeared before I remembered to take a picture. 😂

I did manage to grab a photo of one of our burritos — South of the Red River. 🌯

We still have plenty of training and preparation ahead of us, but every day we’re getting a little closer to opening our doors and finally serving Centreville.

Thank you again for all the encouragement, patience, and excitement you’ve shown us along the way. We can’t wait to serve you!

Some meals are worth the wait!

We apologize for the delays, but progress is being made every day at Bridges & Tacos. We are now working toward opening the week of October 13th, pending final inspections and approvals.

In the meantime, we’re excited to share our website with you! Visit us online to learn more about our menu and what’s coming to downtown Centreville.

We apologize for the delay in updating everyone!

The restaurant is really starting to come together, and we’re excited about the progress being made.

We are currently waiting for our first inspections so we can move forward with the finishes. Once those inspections are complete, we hope to share a target opening date, pending final inspections and approvals.

Thank you for your continued patience, encouragement, and support. We can’t wait to welcome you and begin connecting people through food!

Last week was a great week for progress at Bridges & Tacos, and we’re hoping to keep that momentum going this week!

If everything stays on schedule, we’re planning to open the week of September 28. We still have a lot to accomplish before we can officially open our doors, but that is the goal we’re working toward.

Thank you for following along, supporting us, and cheering us on as we get closer to bringing Bridges & Tacos to Centreville. We can’t wait to serve you! 🌮☕️
