I’m sad to see the restaurant go but I want to share the person who made it run so smoothly since we have been open.
Ginger was the leader, the backbone, the steady head, the mama, the confidant, the most amazing woman I know (besides her daughter, my wife Lora of which I know where she gets it). I cannot begin to tell you the sacrifices this woman made, the lives she touched, the memories she made for everyone, staff and customers. She was the grocery store runner, the Rails Uber driver, the smiling face that greeted everyone and the person we turned to when we needed advice and support. She truly is a saint, she always has a smile, and she was and is the kindness, most caring person I know.
Ginger from the bottom of my heart and the hearts of all the employees thank you for all you have done for Rails, the staff, the customers, and the town of Central.
We love you.
Brian and staff.
