I'm very sorry everyone, I will not be open or making deliveries today.
My fryer has flames shooting out of the exhaust vent. It's not safe for me to use at the moment.
I had this happen when I first used it and the natural gas to propane conversion kit was broken during install, so I assume the regulator somehow broke.

If anyone knows of a commercial repair person that can come take a look, please let me know.

I hope I can have it fixed before the weekend, but cannot say for sure.
