We have been busting our butts with tickets lining the rail, we have orders out past 7 and not taking any more orders for the night. The phone has been ringing off the hook. There are people that have tried to order that we have had to turn away. Yes, I know it's only 6. Sorry for any inconvenience.

WOW, what a first week open! Thank you all for being patient, the great comments, and being so excited about our pizza! We do make our own dough, and even after doubling the amount we made, we were still running out. Of course, there is always room for improvement and things to learn being new, but we are happy with the direction we are heading thanks to all of you!

Just a reminder, we will be open 11-2 and selling single topping only on the 4th of July! We hope everyone enjoys the holiday weekend!

Central City will be having our town wide 4th of July celebration Saturday. Due to the short hours and a lot of people being in town, we are doing single topping pizzas only! See below for our times and pizza options for the 4th of July!

Now that we have done the soft opening and completed a few larger orders, we want to hear from those that have had our pizza- the good and bad. We used this time and the orders to learn and work on things.

People have different tastes and what one person prefers may not match the next so we will take any feedback accordingly and how majority feels. We have had SO much positive feedback and wonderful compliments so far. Thank you for that!! If you want to comment on this post that is fine, or if you would rather send a message that's great too. I want to know what you thought of the crust, sauce, toppings, cheese, and if you thought there was enough on it or too much of something. I am feeling quite vulnerable here, but we can't improve if we don't know. Again, I'm asking for CONSTRUCTIVE feedback, or if you loved it like we've been hearing that's great too!!

Reminder, we open Thursday, July 2nd with the following hours...
Thursday 4-8
Friday 12-7
Saturday 10-7
Sunday 10-7
