While everyone is waiting for spring, here is our little spring inside our kitchen.
We love sprouts ( or microgreens as they say it). They are densely packed with nutrients with a bit of crunch.
Here is our Fenugreek sprouts. These will be allowed to grow for a few more days until we see some leaves. Fenugreek is commonly used in Indian households be it for a tadka or pickle mix. It has surprisingly many health advantages too.
Well, we will either eat them raw or use them in curries or just make paranthas with them! No matter how its cooked, we know it will be devoured in no time!
