🥂 WE HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS! 🥂

The wait is over! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve officially received our liquor license! 🎉 To celebrate, we’ll be serving up Mimosas and Bloody Marys this Sunday at brunch from 9:30 AM–3:00 PM! We can’t wait to raise a glass with all of you and make your Sunday brunch even more special.

Don’t forget that we’re open for lunch Monday's and Wednesday through Saturday at 10:30 with takeout available for those days when you’d rather enjoy your favorites at home! 🍽️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came through our doors these first few days! ❤️ From familiar faces to new ones, we are so grateful for all of the support and kind words surrounding Bella Canggio.
We’re taking our day off today to recharge after a busy weekend, but we’ll be back tomorrow and ready to see you!

🎉 WE’RE OPENING THIS SATURDAY OCTOBER 3RD!
The moment we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! Bella Canggio will officially be opening our doors this Saturday from 11:00 AM–10:00 PM, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you in to our new Centerbrook location at 78 Main Street.

We know so many of you have been eagerly anticipating our opening, and we are beyond grateful for all of the love, patience, and support you’ve shown us along the way.

Because we didn’t anticipate opening this late, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer a traditional friends-and-family opening. Instead, all available tables will be open for reservations. We highly recommend making a reservation to guarantee your seat, as we would hate to have to turn anyone away if we reach capacity. Call us at (860) 767 - 7442 or find us on Open Tables!

🍽️ Our full menu will be available! We’ll be sharing a look at the menu, featuring the dishes you know and love alongside everything we’ve been working so hard to bring to the table.

🍹 BYOB for now! We are still waiting for our liquor license, but that won’t stop us from giving you something special to sip on. We’ll have fresh herbal mocktails, house-made juices, and soft drinks available.

We’ve been working behind the scenes to make sure your first experience with us is everything you’ve been waiting for, and we’re so ready to finally share Bella Canggio with all of you.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get Bella Canggio ready to welcome you through our doors! We’re just waiting on the last couple of permits to come through before we can officially open.
Our goal has always been simple: great food, genuine hospitality, and an experience that brings people together. Providing excellent service to complement the food we’ve worked so hard to create is what matters most to us.
We may have to begin our journey while we wait for our liquor license, but that won’t stop us from serving you incredible Peruvian food and making you feel at home.
