For Miley, BIGGBY is about more than coffee—it's about the connections she makes every day with coworkers, regulars, and new customers alike. One of her favorite things about working here is getting to know the people who walk through our doors and building relationships that make every shift special.

Some of her favorite BIGGBY memories include pranking a regular customer on April Fool's Day and seeing dogs in the drive-thru or little kids excitedly saying hello. Those small moments always make her day a little brighter. 💚

Lin became a barista for a pretty simple reason—it was the first job that called him back. Luckily for us, he stuck around!

One of his favorite customer interactions is seeing regulars come through the line, especially Dave and his famous almond milk latte order. Building those familiar connections is one of the things he enjoys most about working at BIGGBY.

While Lin might describe himself as an introvert, he cares deeply about our customers and hopes everyone leaves feeling loved.
