Last call for delicious cupcakes to support a neighbor! We put extra love and thought into this Three's Company inspired flight of 3 cupcakes to support Mark and Team Ritter in the NYC Marathon running to support The John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health
I felt compelled to support Mark due to the motto "don't quit, adapt" and the fact that the Ritter Foundation provides mentors to support people alongside and beyond their medical diagnosis. Hearing the impact this mentorship has had for Mark and the ripple effects it generates is full of joy and hope.

These Three's Company themed cupcake flights are inspired by John Ritter and our support of our customer, Mark, who is running in the NYC Marathon to raise funds for Team Ritter. 100% of the $12 cost is donated!

There's a version of our bakery that most people never see.

It happens in the quiet moments between orders — when a case of cherry pie filling sits next to a bowl of pistachio buttercream, and one of us says, "wait... what if we put these together?"

It happens when we're making a bee sting cake filling for the hundredth time, and someone glances at the bowl of pumpkin mousse we made for wedding dessert shooters and goes, "that would be soooooo good in here."

And...it happens when a chocolate-pumpkin marble batter reminds us of Halloween and chocolate bars, and suddenly we're debating whether caramel or cream cheese buttercream wins the day, only to settle on both.

That's the real behind-the-scenes here — not just the baking, but the banter. The ideas that bounce around the kitchen while our hands are covered in flour and our brains are running through every flavor combination we've ever tasted.

This year, we decided to stop keeping those ideas to ourselves.

We LOVE the Fests -- but even after all these years, they are like a Las Vegas bet. You might hit the jackpot, but it is also subject to so many random factors out of our control. We had a lovely weekend (despite the extremely errant weather forecasts), but still have some leftovers.
Enjoy them at half price for pick up Wednesday (we are not usually open on Wednesday, but will be tomorrow) or Thursday. (The raspberry shortcake is best for Wednesday as the fresh berries have a brief shelf life.) Reserve yours here ----->
