Good news and bad news. We have a large event tonight....a wedding at Midnight Gem in Shueyville. Pizza weddings are the best. We will need to close our NewBo location at 4pm to see that all goes smoothly at the wedding venue. We will be open tomorrow morning. See you soon.

We love our cheeses. First, top quality cheeses from Italy, the US and sometimes other countries where we can find amazing flavor. We also shred and grate our cheeses. Why? They are freshly prepped and don't contain anticaking agents that are commonly used in preshredded cheeses. Pick up our shakers and give them a smell. You can tell the difference.
