🎉 ONE YEAR OF BACKYARD BBQ! 🎉
Today marks Backyard BBQ’s 1-year anniversary, and what a year it has been!
A year ago, we opened our doors with a vision of creating more than just a BBQ restaurant. We wanted to create a place where people could gather, enjoy great food, make memories, and feel like they belonged. Looking back, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come—and even more excited about where we’re headed.
If you’ve never visited us before, you might think we’re just a BBQ restaurant. And while we do serve some pretty darn good BBQ (if we do say so ourselves 😏), Backyard BBQ has become so much more than that.
It’s become a place where families celebrate birthdays, friends gather to watch games, coworkers enjoy lunch together, pickleball players compete and laugh, and our community comes together for everything from fundraisers and graduations to wrestling events, boxing matches, co****le tournaments, baby showers, card shows, and so much more.
That’s what makes this place special.
Of course, none of this happens without an incredible team. Behind every plate of food, every catered event, every cleaned table, and every smiling customer is a crew that works hard every single day. Not because they have to—but because they genuinely care about creating the best experience possible for our guests.
One thing that’s been important to us from day one is communication.
We know that not every experience will be perfect, and that’s okay—because growth comes from listening. If something isn’t meeting your expectations, if there’s an issue with your order, an event, or your overall experience, we encourage you to reach out to us and let us know.
We want our customers to feel comfortable talking to us. We can’t fix a problem if we don’t know about it, and we’ll always do our best to make things right when given the opportunity. Your feedback, whether positive or constructive, helps us learn, improve, and continue building a place that our community can be proud of.
At the end of the day, we’re people serving people, and creating great experiences matters just as much to us as serving great food.
