Specialty Pizza for the week is called “Pass Joe’s Prime”. A collaboration with Joe Dooley Joe Dooley of Crosby's. It’s a white based pizza with mozzarella, shaved prime rib, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Cooked and topped with a sour cream-horseradish sauce!

Today is bittersweet. This is the last day of work for our Chef & Kitchen Manager Aaron Hixson! If you know Aaron then you know a legend of the food industry. He was hired in May of 2016 and has been through so much with us, from flood evacuations, pandemics, Derechos, St. Patty’s Days, Market After Dark, not to mention just the day to day rigors of the restaurant industry. We will miss you at the beer dinners, the manager meetings, in the pizza window, and during dough parties. We will miss you in general. We are excited for you as you take on a new challenge in your professional journey! Don’t be a stranger. We love you bud!
