Stop in July 30–August 1 for Pork Chop & Apple Mostarda—a marinated and grilled pork chop served over couscous with fresh basil and a seasonal vegetable from our local farmer.

Pair it with our featured Apple Old Fashioned, made with Appleton Estate rum, an orange wedge, apple wedge, cherry, sugar cube and bitters, then garnished with orange peel, apple and cherry. 🍎🥃

Enjoy a fresh watermelon salad with arugula, red onion, cucumber and balsamic dressing, followed by wild-caught Alaskan salmon served with summer vegetables, creamed sweet corn and chili butter sauce.
