Hey everyone, Ozzy here from El Mariachi…. it’s finally happening. ❤️🇲🇽

Some of you have been wondering what ever happened to our restaurant — and honestly, that means the world to us. So many of you still ask, still talk about the food, the atmosphere, the love we poured into that place. Life hit us hard and we had to step away for a bit… but the dream never left.

We’re officially reopening this August. 🙌
New name. Slimmed-down menu. But same flavors, same love — and yes, the favorites you remember will still be there. 😎

We’ve been working non-stop to bring this back to life — dealing with permits, bills, inspections, first-time orders — all of it. And to be real with you… we weren’t even sure if we should ask for help. That’s just not who we are. We’re used to grinding it out, figuring things out on our own, even when it’s tough.

But I kept thinking… man, if there’s anyone we could ask — it’s the people who’ve been riding with us since day one. The ones who kept asking if we’d ever come back. The ones who told us not to give up. And that’s what made me say, you know what? Let’s put it out there.

So — we’ve set up a GoFundMe to help cover some of the start-up costs. If you’re in a place to support, or even just share the link, we’d truly appreciate it. 🙏

And for those who help us out, we plan to give back in a few ways — like:

• Personal shoutouts
• Invitations to early access events before we open
• A special “Founding Family” wall at the restaurant
• Maybe even some exclusive coupons or small thank-you gifts

We’re so excited to bring this place back to life — not just for us, but for all of you.

Hello, everyone!

We want to extend a huge thank you for all the kind words and continued support from our wonderful guests!

As some of you may know, we’ve temporarily adjusted our hours to give our hardworking crew a well-deserved break as we navigate some staffing challenges. Our new hours are:

Monday - Wednesday: Closed
Thursday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Please note that we may need to close on additional days for cooking, prep, and cleaning. We truly appreciate your understanding during this time. Rest assured, once we’ve added new team members and they’re up to speed, we’ll return to our regular hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you help spread the word about our updated schedule—especially to those who may not have access to social media.

Hey guys! I know you guys love our Birria Tacos so we have a Birria Quesadilla and a Birria Torta!! We also have a new dish called Chihuahua Skillet! Which has beef, chicken, chile relleno, shrimp, some homemade hot green salsa, and tortillas!! Also, how about our new Flauta Special!! Feeds two people!! Come and try the best Birria in the state!
