Dear Customers and Friends,
First, we would like to thank you for all the support you showed us not only last year but also this summer, we really appreciate your interest on our business and for that you all have our endless gratitude.
Second, we have decided that we will not open this summer. We have purchased a new trailer but unfortunately we have not been able to get the professional equipment it requires to be up and running this summer. We are hoping that by next year we will be ready again to serve all of you our great customers. We will keep you posted as how the things progressed.
Again, thank you all so much for your support!

Happy Halloween! Today is the LAST DAY until we close for the winter. We will miss you so stop by and say "see you soon" from 11 am to 2 pm at Stratford Hotel and enjoy our yummy food. Also, there will be candy! See you all there!

TWO DAYS LEFT until say "see you soon" and close for the winter, so, stop by and get your shuko today or tomorrow. We are at Stratford today until 7ish and tomorrow we'll be open for lunch 11-2 at the same place.

Shukos Truck wants to announce that we will be temporarily closing our truck starting November 1st. We appreciate the incredible support we have received from our customers and friends and invite all of you to come visit us this week and enjoy any of our signature hot dogs, chili bowl or the other items of our menu. We expect to be back and running with a new trailer and improved menu in a few months. Once again, thank you all for the support and don't forget to visit us this week.
This week's schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Stratford Hotel 11-8; Tuesday at the Food Truck Roundup at Stratford; Thursdays at Convergys 11-6.

Shukos Truck will be at Convergys today from 11:30 to 3:30 pm. Then, we will be at the Food Truck Roundup at Stratford Hotel 4:30-8ish along with your other local food trucks. So, stop by and try a perfect-for-this-weather chili bowl and a shuko today. See you all there!

Shukos Truck is very excited to be at the President Wyatt's Backyard Bash today from 4 to 8 pm along with our friends of Rock and Egg Roll, Fat Zeus and Pisco Peruvian. Come see us and enjoy amazing food while you help SUU to be the most "outdoorsy college in the nation." Here is our schedule for the week: Monday noon to 7 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday at the roundups from 11 am to 8 pm. These three days we will be at our regular spot next to Soda Run at Stratford Hotel. On Thursday we'll be at Convergys. We'll keep you posted about Friday. Come see us and enjoy delicious food!

Shukos is excited to be at Canyon View High School today to serve lunch and dinner starting at 11:30 am. Come see us and help us support our local football teams as 10% of our proceeds go to the CV Football Program. Open until around 8ish. See you there!

Shukos will be open 3-8 pm today at Stratford Hotel (next to Soda Run). Come get a late lunch or dinner and try our Italian sausage, chorizo or our new item, corn dogs.

Shukos will be closing today at 6:30 pm so we can have some needed family time. It is earlier than we announced yesterday so we apologize for the inconvenience. We will open again for the Food Truck Roundup next Tuesday. Please come see us and support your local food trucks.
