To all of our loyal guests and friends,
After weighing out each and every option, I have made the difficult decision to close the Brick House Cafe.
The restaurant business is a challenging one to maintain, and with the ever increasing costs of goods coupled with continual staffing issues, unfortunately Brick House was no longer financially viable.
When Jim Fontano approached me about purchasing the restaurant in 2020 in the midst of a pandemic, I was undoubtedly nervous but, more importantly, flattered and eager to have been considered for the opportunity. Over the years, Brick House Cafe has become more than an eatery, but a place for friends and family to share stories, a place for the community to come together. We’ve hosted guests from all over the world, but it was always the support of locals that encouraged us to continue the legacy.
With that goal still in mind, as the photo says, it’s not goodbye; it’s only see you later. Keep following our page because I have plans to bring back the Brick House Cafe better than ever.
I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all of our faithful guests and to the Cedar City community—you’ve truly made Brick House a home.
See you again soon.
