Well, it is July 3rd and we wanted to remind you that Q To U BBQ will be closed tomorrow in celebration of the 4th of July.

Well, today marks 10 years in business. It is crazy to think, as we are running limited days of operations due to this Covid stuff and are actually closed today. That got me thinking to important things in life.

If you have ever wondered what our Papa Jack sandwich is all about. You see, it is named after my dad and Papa Jack is what my kids called him. He always liked a little extra when it came a meal, so I named our largest sandwich after him. Yesterday was the 5th anniversary of his unexpected passing. So as we all are experiencing a great deal of uncertainty these days, I would suggest we take time and reach our to our loved ones. I would give almost anything for one more conversation with dad.
