New Fall Hours

As we head into our slower fall and winter season, we're adjusting our weekday hours to better match when you all actually visit us.

Beginning (tomorrow) Monday, Sept., 28th, Ace will be open 7 AM–2 PM Monday through Thursday, with our regular weekend hours continuing.

This allows us to concentrate our team and resources during the hours we're busiest while continuing to give you the experience you expect from Ace.

🦇 Well… these didn’t even make it to the shelf.

Apparently y’all are just as weird as we are, and we LOVE it!

We brought in these real preserved bats, beautifully displayed in a case, because Ace has never been particularly interested in selling the same stuff you can find everywhere else. We like the unusual. The curious. The slightly creepy. The things that make you say, “Wait… is that a REAL bat?”

Yes. Yes, it is. 😂

They’re $120, and we currently have ONE LEFT because the others sold while we were pricing them.

We’ll be rolling out all of our fall + Halloween goods over the next couple of weeks, with plenty more oddities, cozy things, spooky things and things you absolutely did not come in for but will somehow leave with.

Consider this your warning. 🎃🦇🍂

Cold weather is coming, and while we LOVE seeing your faces at Ace… we also understand there comes a temperature where leaving the house becomes a hard no. 😂

So we’ve been stocking the shelves with all kinds of new goodies you won’t find at the local grocery store - especially the kind of comfort food that makes staying home feel like an actual plan.

Hot Pot Queen noodles, chili crisp, Dan Dan noodles, ramen, spicy little things that’ll warm you from the inside out… plus plenty more new pantry finds hitting the shelves.

Basically, come see us while you still have the will to put on real pants. Grab a coffee, stock up on something delicious, then go home, put on your pajamas and disappear under a blanket until spring.

We love you enough to understand. 🖤😂

Last night at Ace felt a little bit magical. ✨🍂

We gathered in the Ace Alley with R+ Med Spa⁠ to welcome the Fall Equinox with an evening centered around balance, intention, connection, and letting go of what we no longer need to carry.

Michelle guided us through Horary Points Acupuncture, working with the Metal element - traditionally associated with autumn, release, grief, inspiration, and the respiratory system. Around the fire, we slowed down, got quiet, and gave ourselves an hour to simply be present.

We also gave everyone a first taste of our new Practical Magic Fall Menu, with drinks created around intention, folklore and a little bit of magic. 🔮☕️

And apparently you all were ready for something like this, because this event sold out FAST. We’re already working with R+ Med Spa on another one, so if you missed this one, stay tuned. 🖤

🍂 PRACTICAL MAGIC HAS ARRIVED AT ACE 🍂

This fall, we wanted to create something a little different.

No ordinary pumpkin-spice menu. No drinks created just because the flavors sounded like fall.

We went back to the garden, the apothecary, old folklore and the idea that plants have carried meaning for centuries. Love. Protection. Wisdom. Healing. Courage. Rebirth. Friendship. Prosperity.

Inspired by the world of Practical Magic, every drink on our new fall menu was created around an intention, using herbs, fruits, flowers and spices traditionally associated with it.

And because this isn’t just about what you’re drinking, every fall menu drink comes with a complimentary intention candle and its own spell to cast. Choose the potion for what you need, light your candle, read your spell, and set your intention.

Tonight, on the Fall Equinox, we’re giving the menu its first soft launch during our acupuncture event from 7–8 PM. The event is RSVP-only and all spaces are already filled, but those attending will be the first to experience the new menu alongside the evening’s acupuncture session.

Then tomorrow, the magic belongs to everyone.

Sad news, friends - tomorrow's upscale yard sale is canceled.

We made the call earlier this week, but it's come to our attention that not everybody got the word, so we wanted to get this in front of you.

The honest reason: the building we were hosting in leaks, and with rain in the forecast, we couldn't ask our vendors to let their goods sit in there for days. Their stuff is too good to risk it.

We're so sorry to anyone who was planning to come out - we were looking forward to it too. Thank you for understanding, and for loving our vendors like we do.

Tomorrow, our coffee cart is heading to Glasgow to help R+ Med Spa celebrate FIVE years - and this is exactly why we built the cart in the first place.

It gives us the ability to take a little piece of Ace outside our four walls and create a custom coffee experience for private parties, business events, celebrations and collaborations like this one.

R+ is all about helping people look and feel their best, combining aesthetics, skincare and wellness in a space that makes taking care of yourself feel like something worth celebrating. So for their anniversary, we created a special ACE x R+ menu just for them.

Brianna + Rosie will be behind the cart, serving everything from our R+ Collagen Crush to a very sparkly Five & Fabulous - plus a few other Ace favorites. ☕️🍓✨

And our collaboration with R+ doesn’t stop there! Next Tuesday, we’re bringing a little of their world to Ace when Michelle joins us for our acupuncture event - another opportunity to experience a different side of wellness right here at the coffee shop.

Coffee, community, wellness and local businesses supporting each other. This is the kind of stuff we love getting to do. 🤎

ACE has grown and we're ready for someone to help lead what comes next.

We're looking for a full-time General Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of ACE Coffee Co.

This isn't just a barista position with a management title. We're looking for someone who can lead people, solve problems, create consistency and help us continue building a really great business.

The right person will be responsible for things like staff leadership and scheduling, training, inventory and ordering, quality control, customer experience, opening and closing standards, cleanliness, accountability and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is:
• A strong, confident leader
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable holding people accountable
• Great with customers
• Able to see what needs to be done without always being told
• Calm when things get busy
• Interested in helping grow a small, locally owned business
Restaurant, café, retail or hospitality management experience is strongly preferred.

Full-time | $18–$24/hour depending on experience

ACE isn't a corporate coffee shop, and we don't want it to feel like one. We're looking for someone who cares about the details, the people and the community we're building here.
