We are completely sold out of tri-tip until next week.

Chicken & Ribs will be available tomorrow after 2:00pm.

Thank you all for coming out to support our new dinner menu on weekends. I can’t believe we went through 36 pounds of Tri-Tip.

We suggest pre-ordering dinners next week to ensure you don’t get left behind.

We will be doing BBQ every Friday, Saturday & Sunday 5:00pm-7:00pm moving forward.

We Brine our Garlic Rosemary Chicken for 12 hours before we begin the smoking process. This imparts the chicken with flavorful aromatics with every bite helping to retain moisture and increasing salt distribution through osmosis.
