Please join us in welcoming our new Executive Chef, Gilda Caputo-Hansen. Her gracious heart and expansive skills make her perfect for the position. Among many talents, she's owned a restaurant, cooked for boys in an orphanage, and spent time improving nutritional health in the 3rd World. She has a ton of ideas, and even more enthusiasm. We're looking forward to some new, cool banquets, cooking workshops, six-course meals, and Chef's tables.
