I had the honor of creating this cake for Danny’s Black Belt Promotion! 🥋🏆

A huge thank you to Prof. Ricardo Gonzalez with Texas Grappling Academy Lytle for allowing me to be a small part of such a meaningful moment. It truly means so much to have the opportunity to create something for a milestone that represents discipline, dedication, perseverance, and years of hard work.

For the cake, we went with a half sheet vanilla cake with a strawberry compote filling topped with vanilla buttercream 😋 we also had 4 dozen smores cookies but they went so fast I didn’t get a chance to take a picture lol

The Dulce Cart By Dolly 🤍

The Dulce Cart By Dolly will be operating as its own business, separate from La Dulce Vida by Dolly & will focus on creating unique dessert experiences for private event, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and more.

I am currently offering a Mini Cake Bar experience, with more exciting dessert cart concepts planned for the future!
