Hi, I’m Rick! I’m one of the original founders of Border Burger and the co-owner and manager of both our Manitou Springs and Castle Rock locations.

We’re excited to be part of the community and wanted to introduce ourselves to our new neighbors! Our Castle Rock location offers the unique opportunity to rent an entire floor for special events, gatherings, and celebrations.

And don’t forget about our fabulous third-floor outdoor patios! We’ve made them functional year-round so you can enjoy incredible, one-of-a-kind views while enjoying our one-of-a-kind, homemade gluten-free options.

Come by, say hi, grab a bite, and get to know us. We’re proud to be your new neighbors and look forward to seeing you!

— Rick Good

Have you tried our Fried Mushrooms? Fresh mushrooms tossed in our homemade batter and fried golden brown. Served with our homemade ranch. Perfect with a nice cold one! 🍻
