Oops!

Hey ya'll. We had a customer complaint this morning about having WAY too much salt on their burger.

While we like to season heavily, there are limits! After further investigation, we found that there must have been a mistake made when we made our new seasoning mix. The result was not great :/

Please let us know if you happened to get a burger in the last few days that was just too salty to enjoy. We want to make it right with you.

These types of things are so rare, but do happen. Apologies if we messed up your lunch or dinner :(

Over the next couple of months, we will be making some major changes. Most of which will be on the backend and should not affect our customers in a negative way. But there will certainly be a lot of positive change.

Notably -

1. We have signed a contract with a new Point of Sale solution and will be hoisting our old one into the landfill where it belongs.

2. We have signed a contract with DoorDash Commerce to handle our online sales. This will allow for commission free sales and overall lower prices for both us and the consumer. We will still have a backup ordering site, should it fail.

3. We will have a branded app for Android and Apple be streamline ordering from us.

4. We will revise and add value-add promotions to reward our re-occuring customers. Lowering your cost for being a "regular".

Q: Does this mean that I will have to order from doordash all the time now?

A. Absolutely not. You will still go to stackdfoods.net and order at discounted prices. The order handling is just fulfilled by doordash, but you dont need to have the doordash app at all. In fact, you never want to order through DoorDash directly anymore, unless you enjoy paying large markups :)

Lots of TMI, but just letting you all know that we are always working towards providing a better experience for our customers and trying to save a buck for both of us as much as possible!

We have found and fixed an issue where when you order online off stackdfoods.net, sometimes the pickup windows were much later than when our order was meant to be ready.

Sorry for anyone that has been inconvenienced by this. Hopefully this is now resolved!

Going against all popular convention, we are lowering our pricing on a few popular sides(fries, rings, etc). Not because of any customer complaints about being too pricy, loss of business, etc. We are just staying true to our original pledge.

As our volume goes up, the more affordable our product becomes (Albeit not by more than nickles). We have always wanted to do this, and will continue to do so, as profitability permits.

We hope that combining this with our meal discounts ($2.50 off any entree, side and drink combo) makes enjoying our food just a little bit better :)

Just a reminder to any of you that follow us and order our food off DoorDash. Do yourself a favor and go to www.stackdfoods.net and click "Order Online" from there. It still goes through Doordash, but we do not have to pay the 30% extortion fee and we are able to sell our food for the same price as it is in our restaurant.

We even have a backup link further down the page. If doordash is having any issues, you can order direct from Clover.
