Aloha to all our amazing friends! Chef Snow, The Breeze and Castine Variety and all the staff would like to introduce to you kicking off the season in full swing, her delicious made-to-order quiche. A week before Easter Sunday is perfect timing, so call 2073269920 or stop in. Place your order, starting April 1st. for your family brunch. Choices are Lobster, Crab or Lorraine Quiche. We are open every day from 7am to 2pm, will be closed on March 30th for catering.
Everything is available fried clams, scallops, lobster rolls, crab rolls, fish and chips. Full swing also means Thai curry dishes, Hawaiian teriyaki stirfrys grilled fish, Chilean sea bass, mahi mahi, ahi tuna, salmon, New England clam chowder and much more. Our family who follows our posts, visiting us checking out Castine and history buffs going back as far as recorded history takes us, we and Chef Snow at The Breeze and Castine Variety welcome everyone to this our 17th season, looking forward seeing familiar and new faces as we ease into another season. Monday March 2nd, we will be closed for staff meetings, for the restaurant and catering, but will be open every day thereafter, posting updating as we have to close for inclimate weather or catering events.
