I wanted to do something special for our customers so starting Monday everyone who comes in will get a ticket with a number and I will draw a couple tickets and post the winning number Thursday and just bring in your winning ticket in for a free breakfast or lunch sandwich of your choice. We will do this every week as a thank you for our wonderful customers who we so appreciate. You will have to be a follower on page to get the notification if you are a winner.

I wanted to thank everyone who came in this morning while our the payment server was down. Everyone was so patient and we all worked together to get them paid in one form or another and no one walked out while it was a little chaotic. I wanted to say I am grateful to my customers for being so understanding. đŸ„° you all rock and we are so grateful for our customers and hope we don’t have that problem again for a while.

Pastrami with homemade coleslaw with Swiss and horseradish sauce. One of our new sandwiches on the menu. You can choose your own bagel and cheese. We have cheddar, Swiss, provolone, Munster, Pepper Jack and American. Next we will be adding tuna, chicken salad and egg salad.

I am sorry to post twice in a day but I had a customer who wanted to get bagels for someone she is helping who is in sober living. I told her I had the day old bagels I can give her since we donate them. I asked her if there was anything else he needed and maybe I could help. Asking for help is hard but it takes a community willing to help that can help him on his journey and help keep him there. The only thing he needs is a recliner chair he can read in, that can help fill in his free time in a healthy manner. If anyone has a chair that is cheap or free please contact Kiley at 307-259-6366. I want to rave on our customers!! Everyone knows that downtown lost power twice yesterday, once for arking powerlines and once for Rocky raccoon who wanted to investigate a transformer. Our alarm went off multiple times in which the wonderful fire fighters and Casper police responded to four times. The final time we couldn’t get the alarm to quiet and during this time our customers were super troopers and braved our disaster zone, alarm’s blaring. We offered outside pickup or delivery if needed. Everyone was so happy and patient. I had a retired fire fighter offer to help, our amazing property manager Nat and another customer who offered us her ear plugs. I believe a business is only as good as their customers. I just wanted to say I appreciate you all for turning a tragic morning into a wonderful day. I really appreciate you all!! đŸ„°

Today’s new happenings in the bagel universe. I got a request for Lemon Blueberry bagels and they are on the shelf. đŸ« 🍋 Yesterday I got to tinkering around the in the kitchen and we have a new sandwich. The melted Turkey with provolone and feta cheese with sun-dried tomato and pesto bagel and the BLT bagel. I am working on a bagel with ham if anyone has suggestions of what you’d like to have, I’m open to the possibilities.

I had a customer come in today and she and her husband had such a wonderful experience she created my animated character of me and I totally love it! I love when my customers have a truly amazing visit. I always want everyone who enter our establishment to feel like family. I am slowly learning everyone’s name even though I spend most of my time in the kitchen. I try to pop out and say hi when I can. Again, I want to thank everyone who has come in and continues to come back how very humbled we are that you choose to keep coming back.
