Well Barbecue family we must announce some sad news. We have decided to temporarily close Boomtown BBQ. We are grateful for those who allowed us to be part of their most special days. We will miss seeing everyone at the festivities this summer. This won’t be the end of us, but it is what’s best for our family at this time. We will be selling our trailer and contents and moving on to something different in the future. Again thank you all for your support. Best wishes!!

This seasons menu will look slightly different on certain days that we are out. Don’t worry your favorite brisket, pulled pork, ribs and other goodies will still be available however certain days will begin introducing or fusion menu. Here’s one we played with tonight.... so good.

Hey ya’ll!!!

We hope you have enjoyed the winter season…

We have not gone anywhere but chose to work a normal job during this season as it was what was best for our family.

We are booking up quickly for the summer and we are so excited to back at it. Please keep an eye on our page as we will post our plans as they come.

Hey ya’ll! Sorry we have not been out in a good minute! Dillon aka, our pit master has been working hard during the week at his other job 🙂

We will be out this Saturday, October 30th at Mountain Hops Brewhouse from 11:30-sell out.

We will have a full menu and we are looking forward to getting back out to see everyone!
