FRIDAY AND SATURDAY SCHEDULE!

Enjoy Classic Greek Gyros, Greek Salad, Ground Beef Pita, Fries and Authentic Greek Pita Bread cooked in Beef Tallow!

We source our food from the Greek community of Chicago. Our family owned suppliers have been producing and commercially distributing delicious Gyro Cones, Tzatziki and Pita for more than 50 years. These are the same guys who supplied us at Nikki's of Greektown in Detroit, while I worked there in college. This is the GOOD STUFF, and we're bringing it for you!

We also use Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive oil from Corto Oil, in Stockton California. Having known the founder for over 20 years, I have always been a devoted fan of their oil.

Today (Friday 10/16) 11:30 - 7:00 at Stahoo's Brewery and Taproom! If the Bus is open, we always welcome call-in orders. (307)247-0464.

Tomorrow (Saturday 10/17). East Wal-Mart Parking Lot. We'll be serving it up from 11:00 until 6:00 or until we sell out!

Serving at the Brewery! It's 1015 Day and "Smokey and the Bandit Night" - movie starts at 7:00.

Today only - Tell us the significance of 1015 and get $2 off a featured pint.

Get a Big Stahoo (Double Gyro and Fries) a whopping 2 lbs. of food! Perfect for big appetites.

Our fries are cooked in pure beef tallow because that's what makes fries taste the best!

We did a little field work and our Classic Gyro, tips the scales with twice the meat of any other place in town!

EXPANDED MENU!

Try the BIG STAHOO! - This is a Double Gyro. A Gyro wrapped in another pita, with meat smothered in tzatziki. A belly buster, for sure!

Our Greek Salad is a great carb-free meal. Lettuce, tomato, onion, feta, pepperoncini and kalamata olives, topped with Heidi's homemade greek dressing. Add meat if you dare!

The Ground Beef Pita is for those who prefer burger over lamb.

The bus serves every Thursday and Friday at the Brewery, and a pop-up location on Saturday or Sunday.

The Gyro Bus will be serving this Sunday, 8/23 at Casper Cigar Co., on CY Avenue from 11:00 - 7:00. Get yourself a Gyro, then enjoy a great smoke in their air conditioned, LUXURIOUS Cigar Lounge. Can't think of a better place to hang out!
