In 2023 food trailers ran into some issues with licensing. The matter was resolved after the city hosted a public meeting with food trailer owners. In following emails after I suggested that the city reach out to the community to educate people about starting a small business in town. I am absolutely thrilled to see that city management went above and beyond and as a result they are hosting this class for the public. In 2024 the city has taken positive steps to make the process easier. Thank you to Steven Weaver Deputy City Manager and his staff, Multimedia Specialist Mindy Pieper, and Fire Chief Dave Kean. I am glad to see that there are positive changes in 2024 and I hope to see the P.D also follow suit.

Moving is expensive! We have outgrown our current location and we are trying to fund a bigger, better, safer home. We are selling our coffee trailer. It will include a year of free consulting, commissary as long as it's owned by the buyer, and training for managing & operating a coffee trailer. You will also get our client list that we have built for 7 years. No negotiation on price and no pay to own.
