We will be open and ready to welcome you back to dine in starting Friday, 3/5/2021. For a safe and comfortable dining experience, we have implemented limited seating capacity. The safety of our guests and staff is our main priority. We will continue to monitor the risk and plan accordingly.

We look forward to seeing all of you! We will continue to offer take-out orders by phone or other online portals. Online ordering and delivery is available via DoorDash, Post-mates, Uber eats, and Grubhub.

Please remember to stay home if you feel sick and to always wash your hands for the safety of each other and everyone else around us.

Due to the recent rise in corona virus cases, we will not be accepting Dine-In. For the safety of our staff and our customers, we will now only be accepting take out orders. We have delivery via Post mates and Door dash. You can also order takeout via phone, Grubhub, or E24. Thank you for understanding.

We are humbled to the core to see this swift action and generosity from everyone around the world. We have raised the fundraising goal of USD 5000 in a day. We have also received USD 1178.39 through PayPal and NRS 4500 to Hiteri’s Khalti as of today. This is exactly the kind of hope we need in times like these.

We want to raise more funds and reach more people. The looming uncertainty and the lack of wages/disruption of movement is a daily blow to the homeless, daily wage workers and the vulnerable - single women, elderly, differently-abled and victims of gender and domestic violence. We are leaving the fundraiser open and call on everyone to contribute/share if you can.

From the raised funds, Hiteri will be benefiting USD 2500 immediately to source and distribute food packages to people identified as the neediest by the volunteers on the ground. Work has already begun. We will also be using the funds to feed street dogs and abandoned cows. I will be updating progress primarily through GoFundMe and FB and Insta stories.

As things unfold, we will make a need-based assessment on how to use the remaining funds in the days to come. We are actively discussing with organizations and local partners outside of Kathmandu how relief can also reach communities that we have worked in the past. There are many vulnerable communities outside of the valley and it is important to us that support/relief reaches some of these communities if not all.

We have received so many messages from people asking how they can help. We really appreciate all the love and support in these hard times. Thank you from the bottom of our heart. Please donate to those in needs especially to parents who rely on free breakfast/lunch to feed their kids. We all need to come together and be one during these times and support one another. We will do our best to open as soon as possible!!
