To our incredible guests over the last ten years: We are excited to share some important news regarding Pro’s Epicurean Ristorante. Effective 9/28, Karen and I have sold Pro’s and are stepping down as owners of Pro’s Epicurean Ristorante. While it is a bittersweet decision, we have decided to retire to spend more time traveling and enjoy more time with our family.
We have been blessed to realize our dream of sharing some of the dishes that have graced our family's table throughout our lives. The passion for family and food defined our upbringing, and making that a part of the Cary community has truly been our honor. We have made so many amazing acquaintances that have blossomed into special friendships. Of course, we would also be remiss if we didn’t mention our current and past team members, whose dedication, compassion and care have always set the standard for excellence.
Because we care so deeply for our guests, community and team, it was vital for us to find a buyer who truly cherishes the culture we built together. We found that person in Chris Tillman, a local businessman and restaurateur in Cary who understands what makes Pro's special. We have carefully planned this transition to ensure our shared values of great food, excellent service and an awesome dining experience remain at the heart of the business. We know Chris will bring creativity, passion and energy that will elevate Pro’s to the next level.
To ensure a seamless transition Karen and I will be working alongside the new leadership. We invite you to stop by to welcome Chris and his family to Pro’s and we would love the opportunity to thank you in person before we go.
