Uncle Jerry's Pizza Company

Uncle Jerry's Pizza Company Gourmet Chicago Deep Dish Style Pizza Jerry Czerwinski, also known as Uncle Jerry, is the creator the fine Chicago Pan Style pizza.
(3)

With over 15 years in the making of perfecting his product; Jerry and his wife Nancy, along with their four children want to share their pizza creation with the rest of their community. Jerry grew up on the north side of Chicago eating Lou Malnati's or Burt's every week for just about his entire life. Friday night pizza was something special the family looked forward to. Once they moved to the small town of Cary, about 22 years ago; at the time the closest Lou's was about an hour away. When the pick up drive became too much, Jerry bought a 25lb pound bag of flour and got busy kneading. He began making pizza everyday for years, the neighbors happily reaping the benefits and his family thinking he was nuts. After several years of research and experimenting with his recipe, Jerry is confident that his pie is something worth sharing.

The Czerwinski's have worked hard for years to open up their very own pizza shop, but to have the opportunity to open in their home town, where it all began, makes it all the more special. Being a a family owned business, Uncle Jerry's, wants to create that family friendly atmosphere for everyone that walks through the doors. Making you feel right at home!
