Look at this...macarons are MACARON-ING this week!!!! Which I'm VERY thankful for, because * have a special order for them for this weekend. And all the extras are coming to market, so there will be 8 different flavors available, but just a handful of each. I am not sure what is going on this week, but after having to throw away a second batch of macarons...they're off the menu for this weekend. Sorry to anyone who was looking forward to them. Sometimes I choose what I bake and sometimes the baking chooses for me!

There will be strawberry and blueberry mini cupcakes in place of the macarons...I'll post pics later.

I know that I have been pretty quiet on here lately. There have been some BIG projects going down the last couple weeks so that all of you could have something spectacular for this weekend. It's Memorial Day weekend, which I consider summer kick off, and in honor of summer, we are launching our Ice Cream Shoppe line!!!

This week, that includes these three AMAZING looking cake cups - Hot Fudge Sundae, Strawberry Crunch Bar, and Neapolitan - but it also includes (and this is what I'm most proud of)...

Ice Cream Shoppe granolas!!!!!! We have...

Banana Split
Hot Fudge Sundae
Neapolitan
Strawberry Crunch Bar
And Waffle Cone

These granolas are the PERFECT crunchy addition to top off your bowl of icy cold, sweet and creamy ice cream...or jazz up your morning yogurt with a little ice cream flair!!!
