And just like that, our Soft Serve Era has come to an end…

As we prepare for the holiday season and make room for all the exciting things coming to our bar, our soft serve machine is officially being put away!

We want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who made this season so incredible. From trying new flavors to sharing your feedback and showing us so much love, you made this experience truly special. 🥹

We had so much fun experimenting with new flavors and bringing something different to El Charro, and we couldn’t have done it without your support!

While we’re saying goodbye to soft serve for now, who knows what the future holds? 👀

One era ends, and another exciting one begins… 👀✨

We just received a 100 on our health inspection. 💯

A perfect score doesn't happen on inspection day. It happens every day: in the prep that starts before we open, the temperatures checked and logged, the surfaces cleaned between rushes, and the closing shifts that don't cut corners at the end of a long night.

That's our team. They take pride in the details most people never see, and they hold themselves to a high standard whether it's a slow Tuesday or a packed Saturday.

To everyone in the kitchen, on the floor, and behind the bar: thank you. This score is yours, and we're proud to work alongside you.
