Join us for an evening exploring the wines of Vino Noceto, one of California’s most respected producers of Sangiovese. Family-owned since 1987 in Amador County’s Shenandoah Valley, Noceto has built its reputation on crafting Italian-inspired wines that showcase the character and food-friendly elegance of Sangiovese.

Taste a selection of Noceto favorites (and their delicious olive oil) while learning about the winery’s journey from a small family vineyard to California’s premier Sangiovese specialist.

Bethany, you bring so much warmth, kindness, humor (so much humor) and sassy confidence into this space every single day. You make people feel welcome before they’ve even had their first sip, and manage to keep the coffee flowing, the vibes high, and all of us smiling (and listening to Taylor Swift) while you do it.

We are so lucky to have you on our team, in our corner, and as part of this little Cellar 8 family. You are appreciated more than you know, loved endlessly, and celebrated BIG today.

Hidden down a tiny side street in Barcelona, inside a charming jamón Ibérico shop, we stumbled upon a familiar favorite: Pruno Tempranillo. 🇪🇸🍷

It’s always fun discovering a wine you know and love while traveling, especially when it’s one we proudly pour by the glass at Cellar 8!

Why do we love it? Think ripe blackberries, dark cherries, a touch of cocoa, and just enough spice to keep you coming back for another sip. It’s one of those wines that consistently overdelivers for the price and has earned a cult following for good reason.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, it’s a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy every day.

No matter how you’re spending today; with family, at the lake, around a barbecue, or simply enjoying a quiet moment… take a second to remember why we have the freedoms we do.
