Carrollton's most slept-on sushi counter 🍣

This board moves through torched, caviar-topped bites and fresh salmon belly crudo, one course after another. Every plate comes off the counter with that same hands-on finish from the chefs.

Carrollton just got a high-end w**e pairing to match its sushi 🍷

This lineup pairs Born junmai daiginjo, a Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio, and a bottle of Haiku sake side by side. It's the same level of care Yujo Nori puts into pairing every glass with the menu.
