Marshall's Bar BQ - Carrollton Marshall's Bar-B-Q has the best old-school brisket you’ll be able to find in Carrollton. That's because we specialize in that good, home-town barbecue.

Marshall's Bar-B-Q has the best old-school brisket you'll be able to find in Carrollton. The kind that's slow-cooked in our on-site smoker. Our traditional barbecue meal doesn't stop there -- almost all of our sides are made from scratch. And we've had over 50 years to perfect every single one of our recipes. At its core, we know that a barbecue experience isn't just about the flavors (though those are very important), it's about having a place to relax with your friends and family and bond over mouthwatering food. That's why our team is dedicated to making you feel at home the moment you walk through our doors.
