We hope everyone made it through the storms safely last night! With most of the rain moving out, we’re looking forward to a few better days and hopefully getting back out and about.

We’re OPEN for lunch today and tomorrow from 12–2, and dinner tonight from 5–10!

If you’re ready to get out of the house, let us take care of the cooking. Whether you’re craving a good steak, one of your Chophouse favorites, or just a good meal with family and friends, we’d love to see you this weekend.

We're bringing a little Bourbon Street to Carrollton this weekend.

Bourbon Street Cajun & Andouille Fettuccine:

Fettuccine tossed in a rich, creamy Cajun sauce with smoky grilled Andouille sausage, red bell peppers, and Parmesan. Served with toasted garlic bread for soaking up every bit of that sauce.

Happy Monday from Carrollton Chophouse!

We’re ready for another busy week, and lunch is back this weekend! Come see us Friday through Sunday from 12–2.

Our dinner hours this week are:
Monday–Thursday 5–9 PM
Friday–Saturday 5–10 PM

And of course, Thursday is Prime Rib Night! We start serving it at 5 PM and it’s available while it lasts, so come early if you’ve been craving it.

We’ve also got some new appetizers and cocktails on the menu, so if you haven’t tried them yet, come check them out!

And don’t forget, pay with cash and save 3%. Every little bit helps a small, locally owned restaurant like ours, and we truly appreciate everyone who continues to support us.

Happy Monday from Carrollton Chophouse!

We’re ready for another busy week, and we want to give everyone a quick heads-up. We have several large parties and events to prepare for this week, so we will be CLOSED FOR LUNCH ONLY Thursday–Sunday this week. We’ll still be here and ready to serve you for dinner!

A few more reasons to come see us this week:

We’ve added a few new appetizers to the menu, so come check them out and find a new favorite. We also have a new drink menu with some great new cocktails to try!

Pay with cash & save 3%! As you may have noticed on our menu, we offer a 3% discount when you pay with cash. Every little bit helps a small, locally owned business like ours keep doing what we love — serving you great food and keeping our doors open for this community. We appreciate it more than you know!

We also appreciate everyone being so understanding about our lunch closures while our small crew takes care of all these parties. We’re thankful to be busy, but even more thankful for everyone who continues to support our locally owned restaurant.

LUNCH SCHEDULE UPDATE

We sincerely apologize, but Carrollton Chophouse will be CLOSED FOR LUNCH Friday–Sunday THIS WEEKEND and Thursday–Sunday NEXT WEEKEND.

We had an incredibly busy lunch yesterday, along with several large parties this week, and we have several more large parties scheduled throughout this weekend and next.

As a small, locally owned restaurant with a small staff and kitchen, there are times when we simply don’t have the resources to do everything at once and still provide the quality of food and service that we expect from ourselves. We need these lunch hours to give our kitchen and staff the extra prep time needed for our large parties and regular dinner service.

DINNER WILL REMAIN OPEN AS USUAL!

We truly hate having to close for lunch and sincerely apologize to anyone who was planning to join us. We hope you understand, and we are incredibly grateful for the continued support that keeps our little restaurant so busy.
