Exciting News & Game-Day Barbecue Pre-Orders! 🏈🍖

Hey everyone!
Sorry we have been a bit quiet on here lately—we’ve been busy soaking up every moment with our boys before our little girl arrives in December! 🍼💖

That being said... Kansas City Chiefs football is BACK! 🎉

To celebrate, we are getting back to our roots! This football season, we will be offering our barbecue on a pre-order-only basis for Chiefs game days. Here is how it will work:

* Notice: We will announce menu availability at least 7 days before pre-orders open.

* Payment: Payment is preferred when you place your order (exceptions can be made for returning customers).

* Options: Choose how you’d like your order prepared:

* 🔥 Hot & Ready to eat immediately
* ❄️ Packaged Cold for easy reheating
* 🧊 Vacuum-Sealed for freezing (perfect for
quick, high-protein weekday meals!)

Hey everyone!

Sorry we haven’t been posting much lately. Between both of us working full-time jobs, our crazy schedules have made it pretty tough to keep set days for regular pop-ups.

That being said, we are still busy doing caterings! If you’ve got an event coming up and need food, we’d love to help you out.

Also, if you’ve been missing us or craving some BBQ, just reach out! Give us about a week’s heads-up, and we’d be more than happy to fire up the smoker just for you.

Thank you guys so much for all the support and for sticking with us!

​We’re throwing a special Saturday night dinner pop-up, and we are keeping it simple, classic, and absolutely delicious. Let us handle dinner while you relax and enjoy the weekend!

​We’ll be set up at King’s Liquor in Carrollton this Saturday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (or until sold out).

​We’ve got the pit loaded with premium, pecan-smoked slabs of ribs, and we're pairing them with our scratch-made coleslaw and classic potato salad.

​🔥 THE MENU:
●​Full Slab Meal (Includes both sides) – $30
●​Half Slab Meal (Includes both sides) – $18
●​Full Slab (Meat only) – $25
●​Half Slab (Meat only) – $15

​⚠️ PRE-ORDERS CLOSING FRIDAY: Space on the pit is limited, and we want to make sure we have enough for everyone. We highly suggest pre-ordering to guarantee your food!
