The kicks off this week, and we’re celebrating with lots of action on our TVs and a rotating burger special from now until mid-July, spotlighting the home countries of all your favorite teams!

Starting this weekend, we’re giving a nod to the defending champs with our Argentinian Burger, a 6oz cast iron-seared burger on a toasted Ninth Street Bakery brioche roll, layered with creamy garlic mayo, fresh baby arugula, melted cave-aged manchego, a housemade Argentinian chimichurri, and pickled red onion!

Don’t miss this beauty while it’s here for just a short time, and stay tuned for more burger specials over the next few weeks!

Up early this week picking fresh blackberries at Blueberry Thrill Farm just up the road in Gibsonville, so we can have a really lovely Fresh Blackberry Margarita as one of our two frozen cocktails all weekend for you. We always keep two of these delicious libations available each day and try to highlight fresh ingredients we source from local purveyors, even with our modest cocktail program (beer is sort of more our thing) and food menu here at the restaurant.

Come by this weekend to enjoy a Fresh Blackberry Margarita (or a Cure for Pain, our riff on a tropical, super-refreshing Painkiller), maybe paired up with one of our killer $10 Smashburgers or our semi-legendary Nashville Hot Tofu sandwich and some hand-cut potato wedges!

Apologies for the inconvenience, folks, but we’ve got a couple of private events booked this weekend and we’ll be closing early to the public this evening at 7pm. Back open noon to 4pm on Saturday when we wrap up early again for a private event at 4 (open normal hours 12 to 9pm on Sunday). Thanks for your understanding!

Couple of tasty frozen cocktails this weekend for you fans, a Classic Banana Daiquiri, made with lots of fresh bananas, silver rum, coconut milk, fresh lime and rich syrup, and then a Dirty Banana Mudslide, also with a boatload of fresh bananas, coffee liqueur, a blend of fantastic rums, , coconut milk, heavy cream and syrup!

Swing by before or after the games this weekend (or just come by and enjoy a cocktail or a cold fresh-brewed Maibock with your Nashville Hot Tofu Sandwich) and see us right here in downtown Carrboro!

We’re getting excited about this weekend’s Hot Dog Flights, where you choose your favorite three all-beef mini dogs from a lineup of six different delicacies, including a Korean Corn Dog, a Kansas City Reuben dog, a Classic Coney Island dog or three other tasty dogs!

Make it a meal by adding a side of Ballpark Tots, fried crispy and tossed in a warm garlic butter with grated parmesan & parsley, maybe paired with a cold pint of Saxapahaw Lager to top things off! We’ll see you this weekend!

Opening day is scheduled for next week, so we’re gearing up for the new baseball season with the return of our spectacular Hot Dog Flights this coming weekend, March 20th thru 22nd, featuring six *all new* mini all-beef hot dogs from which to choose your flight of 3! Get ready for some real tasty ones, including a classic Coney Island Dog, a tropical Hawaiian-style Puka Dog, and a mini Korean Corn Dog!

And because baseball is nothing without peanuts & Cracker Jack (I mean, its right there in the song), we’ll have our very own version you can add to your flight, a cup of a decadent housemade Bacon Bourbon Cracker Jack to finish up your flight and make your sweet tooth do a happy dance.

Stay tuned for more info this week, but go ahead and mark your calendars for a visit this weekend — last time we offered these Hot Dog Flights, we sold out around midday on Saturday, so we’ll make sure to stock up properly this time if you promise to grab a few friends and come see us!
