There's (maybe) a chill in the air, and our fall signature drinks are here:
🍏 Spiced Mela
New this year, the Spice Mela is a caramel apple butter syrup latte, topped off with a cardamum and sugar sprinkle. "Mela" means apple in Italian, and this 8 oz. latte is an ode the warm, spicy, and sweet notes of fall.
🎃Hazy Pumpkin
Based on classic cozy flavors, this drink balances pumpkin and hazelnut in a 12 oz. espresso-based beverage. It's topped with a cinnamon mixture for harmony in your cup, and is one of our most well-loved signature drinks for a reason.
🍎 The Chapple
This cozy chai-based drink brings together brown butter, apple, and a dash of cinnamon. Whether you're taking a break from your pumpkin patch adventures or just enjoying a quiet moment, The Chapple is hot (or iced) to go!

Today's a very exciting day, because today we debut our exclusive ICR clay cups from our friends at GaeaStar. Made of just three natural materials—water, clay and salt—these cups are reusable, dishwasher safe, and offer a premiere coffee drinking experience that reduces single-use plastic. Cups, plus a reusable silicon lid, are now available for purchase at all shops!

These are the people who take coffee from green bean to finished, roasted bags! You'll be joining a group of kind, creative, and passionate coffee folks who bring their best to ICR everyday.

Have you tried our newest Indie Select yet? Earlier this year, PC had the opportunity to visit Brumas Montano and meet producer Juan Ramón in person. During her visit, she learned Juan has two daughters at school in Indiana, one at IU and one at Purdue, which makes the relationship between ICR and Brumas Montano feel even more personal ♥️🤍🚂🚂
