Proudly representing Mexican cuisine during Culinary Week in Carmel-by-the-Sea with our Champagne Chilaquiles—a perfect blend of traditional Mexican flavors and an international touch, just like everything we strive to create at El Bistro.
We also featured a miniature version of our signature Limoncello Carlota French Toast, reimagined with brioche crumble—a Mexican-inspired favorite with Italian and French influences.

We love innovating while honoring traditional techniques, bringing them together in fresh and contemporary ways.
