Friends, it appears as though the time for Dough Boys Pizzeria is over. I have enjoyed serving you here in Carlyle and the surrounding communities for more than a year and half, but the time has come when we must say goodbye. With rising costs, difficulty in securing needed staff, and other business pressures, I cannot continue serving you the high quality food you have come to expect and it breaks my heart. I have spent a great deal of time attempting to find an alternative plan, but without an increase in revenue to offset rising costs there is little I can do.



Saturday 15 of October will be our last day in business; after that, our doors will be closed. I want to thank each and every one of you, our loyal fans of Dough Boys Pizzeria, for your support, your friendship, and your understanding. This restaurant has been a dream of mine for some time and you have helped me realize that dream. I look forward to seeing you over the next few days as you enjoy some last dishes prepared from the heart, a few laughs, and final memories. I will always cherish the time we had and wish you much happiness over the coming holidays.
