As we celebrate our 30th anniversary of proudly serving the people of Carlsbad, we would like to take a moment to thank all of our loyal customers for their patronage throughout the years. Since we first opened in 1986, we have been purchasing our fresh lean ground beef from Lakeside Meats to make our hamburger patties every morning because we want to serve our customers the best old fashioned bur

ger. Along with our old fashioned burgers, we also serve authentic homemade mexican food, including enchilada plates, asado plates, taco plates and much more. In other words, we believe in doing things the hard way, which means doing it the right way.

When we started this little business back in 1986, we had no idea it would grow into something so special. What began as a simple dream — to serve our community good food, friendly service, and a place families could count on — has become a cherished part of our lives.
