Today marks the end of a very special chapter in our lives. After almost three years of serving our community through Churros Colima, we’ve made the difficult decision to take a new step in a different direction.
Today October 17, marks our last day as the owners of Churros Colima.
This business has been so much more than a food truck. It has been a journey filled with lessons, challenges, growth, unforgettable memories, and so many wonderful people who became part of our story.
To every customer who stopped by, supported our small business, recommended us to friends, attended our events, or simply enjoyed a meal from us — THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️
One of the greatest joys of this journey has been knowing that, in some small way, we were part of your day, your celebrations, your family dinners, and your special moments. We hope our food brought you happiness, because serving you brought so much happiness to us.
As we close this chapter as the owners of Churros Colima, we want you to know something important: Churros Colima is not disappearing! 🎉💙 The business will be passing into new hands, but the same recipes, the same flavors, and the food you’ve come to love will continue. The only change will be the owners, and we hope you will welcome and support them just as you welcomed and supported our family.
Although today is our last day as the owners, we are leaving with grateful hearts and memories we will carry with us forever.
Thank you for allowing our family to be part of yours. Thank you for believing in us, growing with us, and supporting our dream over these past three years.
This isn’t the end of Churros Colima. It’s the beginning of a new chapter for the business, and a new chapter for our family. 🫶
