An Update from Churros Colima ❤️
Over the past few weeks, we’ve received many messages asking if we’re okay, what happened, and when we’ll be back. First of all, thank you so much for checking on us—it truly means a lot.
We’re happy to say that we’re doing well now. About a month ago, we experienced some unexpected health complications that required us to take a step back and focus on recovery. Thankfully, things are much better now, and we’re very grateful for everyone’s support and understanding.
Going through this experience gave us a new perspective and encouraged us to make some important decisions for our family’s future. One of those decisions has been to offer our food truck business for sale.
This is not a closing sale. Churros Colima will be open soon, and we will continue serving our customers while we look for the right person to take over this business.
Churros Colima has been built with a lot of love, hard work, and the incredible support of our community. Our hope is to find someone who will continue what we’ve started and help the business keep growing.
