savory pork sausage, rich duck boudin and creamy liver pâté, served with sweet and tangy bread-and-butter pickles, crispy onions and toasted ciabatta bread.

A hearty start to dinner—and even better shared around the table!

For the main course:
Seared Barramundi over coconut crab rice, finished with a charred citrus butter and lobster sauce. Served with grilled asparagus.
