We’ve got a few additions to the menu for mountain fair weekend! From the bar, try one of these mouth-watering refreshers. Made with farm-fresh basil thanks to Wild Mountain Seeds, puréed watermelon, fresh lime and a salted rim. Did we mention tequila? Come get it while you can.

Deck season in Carbondale is short but, oh so sweet! We wanted to take a moment to recognize and express our deepest thanks to a few folks. Simply put, we’d never have that big, beautiful, Phat deck without the vision and can-do of Rick and Ryan.

The ingenious design was conceived by Rick, co-owner/operator of the Pullman and buddy/welder/river guide/entrepreneur Ryan. Their initiative and vision turned a RV trailer frame into our towable outdoor deck. Their skills, sweat, and diesel let us get it moved and set up safely and soundly outside Phat Thai. Words fall short in expressing our thanks to them, but we’ll do our best. Rick and Ryan, thanks for the Big Phat Deck Energy!
