Hi, on behalf of Las Posas I did want to publicly apologize about the situation. I did speak to the individual who said such words and he claims that it was never towards the customer but towards the coworker because that’s how they get along. However, I did tell him that that type of language in the establishment is not allowed so he will get a few weeks off for this. He didn’t want me to mention that he apologizes for the incident and did not mean any harm or disrespect towards anyone or any community. Again, I am very sorry that this happened. It is not acceptable and if it ever were to happen again or any incident like this, I would like to be notified how I was today and I will take care of the situation. Thank you very much.
